As your solution provider, we offer a bulb to ballast 5 year or 20,000 operational hour guarantee (whichever comes first) against manufacture defect. What this means is if a ballast, lamp, reflector or fixture fails due to manufacture defect within the specified time period PowerBuilt will replace the material at no cost. With the PowerBuilt Guarantee, our customers' will virtually have no material maintenance cost for 5 years/20,000 hours.
