ASSESSING
The Powerbuilt team collaborates with the customer team to correct identified issues. Objectives are mutually developed and agreed upon by all members of the teams. Powerbuilt stresses the importance of including end-user associates in the development phase of the project. Not only is their input invaluable, but their empowerment promotes end-user buy in during implementation of the tool into the workplace.

PLANNING
Once a solution is identified, a written quote is provided to the customer including project specifications. This enables everyone to have a thorough understanding of the scope of the project and what is included in the project cost. Once the quote is accepted, a timeline is developed. Target dates are set for the project tasks to promote communication throughout the project. Gantt charts are provided upon request. Updates are provided on a weekly basis to ensure that the installation date is met.

DESIGNING
Powerbuilt’s engineering staff can design a custom tool to meet the specifications of the customer. All designs have the end user’s best interest in mind, making their job more efficient and frustration free. Throughout the design and build, input may be provided to ensure a workable, user-friendly outcome. Once the design is completed, prints are reviewed with the customer before the build commences.

EVALUATING
A buy-off meeting and demonstration with the actual tool enables the customer to provide final input into the functionality before the tool is installed. Flexibility is key to a successful project outcome.

IMPLEMENTING
Our certified installers provide concise installation that is detailed and neat. Attention is given to every detail to promote safety and aesthetics. Not only is the installation sound, but also it is appealing to the eye.

POST PROJECT EVALUATION
Powerbuilt strives for customer satisfaction. Once the project is complete, the new process and tool are evaluated. If the previously identified outcomes are not met, Powerbuilt believes the project is not complete until the customer is satisfied, further supporting our belief in producing “Solutions that Work”.
