Door Install Lift Assist

Problem:

• Need (4) articulating arms to assist the installation process of the completely built doors to the ethical of (4) different models.

• Current arms could only accommodate (3) models

Solution:

• X-Y Bridge mounted lift assist to install doors to 4 different models at any given time with no end tool changeover or adjustment.

Features:

• Tool mounted to a double runaway. (No Bridges)

• Assists can handle at a minimum a 90 pound door and exited out 4’ from carriage center.

• The bar used to keep angle of end tool constant throughout rotation of tool.
