PowerBuilt was established in 2000 by our current CEO, Rick Hauck, from his home in Bellefontaine, Ohio. For the first decade, the company operated as a regional distributor of integrated material handling solutions. Through strong customer relationships and a solid industry reputation, PowerBuilt embarked on a journey of vertical integration in 2012.
In the years that have followed, PowerBuilt expanded its operations by acquiring two facilities in Bellefontaine, Ohio, and opening multiple sales, project management, and engineering offices across the United States. Today, our team consists of 75 skilled professionals specializing in mechanical and electrical engineering, assembly, field service, fabrication, machining, sales, and project management.
